I'd like to see more "casual" but AFFORDABLE games. Things like Risk, Monopoly, etc but for 400 points instead of the seemingly now standard 800.

As well, there's certainly a few fav's I'd like to see on the arcade:

Phantasy Star (the original SMS version is one of the best RPG's of all time)
Jazz Jackrabbit (a sonic the hedgehog clone that was done by Epic back in the day)
Commander Keen (one of Id Software's first games)

My wife's always said that she wishes there was a Jeopardy game that we could play together since we always watch the show.

One that'd be cool to play through again but might be a bit big is Alice (game by American McGee from EA awhile back that was based upon Alice in Wonderland).

how is thats any different than sonic the hedgehog? If they bought the rights, then that's just stupid because Nintendo has better games and a bigger fan base than Sega. They should go after them instead.

ok, so i was thinking today THIS! would be a perfect Micro Transaction XBLA game. YOU DON'T KNOW JACK.
I dont know who the current game co. owners are now but just think, MS would eat that up.
why?
1. You could use the BIG BUTTON controller for the affect of gameshow-esq that YDKJ is.
2. you could use a usb keyboard to type in answers.
ALSO a great way to promote use of the Messenger keypad attachment for the controller!
3. Micro transaction ! Just think of all the classic expansions that they made. they could keep adding onto it like crazy! maybe even theme packs? I would buy it.
heck, i'd even buy the big button controllers just to play it too... thats how sold i am on that idea!
4 Of course it would be hilarious online.

Original predessor to the Pro evo series. I can still remember the cheesy title music! . This game badly needs releasing on the arcade. Sensible Soccer is poo - this game would OWN it in everyway.

Totally, I'm actually kinda surprised they didn't do that as a promotion before GTA IV came out.

Only catch though is that the original GTA had a printed map you used to navigate Liberty City, so I wonder if it'd still be playable without it.

I doubt they could get it into the space limits for the arcade, but after the movie came out I played through Max Payne 1 & 2 and would love to see them come to the arcade (and yes, I know the Xbox version is backwards compatible, but I'd like a version where I can earn some achievements along the way) :p

Another game that I used to play way back in the day was a game called Death Rally which was actually released by Apogee and made by Remedy (the same people who did Max Payne), and it'd be perfect for the arcade.

Don't we all. :) Unfortunately there's only been 3 truly free games that I can think of so far: Yaris, Aegis Wing, and the Doritos game. Undertow was free for awhile (as compensation for XBL downtime), and initially Texas Hold'em was free when it was released, but MS has been pretty stingy with the free stuff.

What is the difference between an xbox 360 elite and the normal version?
I'm going to get an xbox 360 but i don't know which one to buy. Price is not a problem. i just need to know which one is worth your money and which one people seem to like better. i want to know if the two process things the same speed, same quality picture. Everything!

Thirdly, there is no difference in the power of the Elite to the other kinds of Xbox, the only difference is what you get with the console and how it looks.

Really? Once they added the ability to install to HDD I had to go out and get the 60GB drive. It's so much nicer to not have that loud WHIRRR of the DVD drive going constantly (and to avoid the corresponding wear and tear that comes with it).

Haha.;) Yes, but I couldn't imagine the number of threads on this site that would be committed to complaining about it's difficulty. It might be easier on a console though since it wouldn't glitch and freeze as often although people would still have to beat the levels which is IMPOSSIBLE. Just imagine what the achievements would be.

Actually it was great. The original Phantasy Star was great because she'd do the grinding, build your character up stuff, and my friend and I would do the fun exploration stuff. :)

UT99 would be sweet, though not sure how doable it'd be. A full install of UT99 on a PC is ~1GB which is well past the limit for an XBLA release.

And it's funny you mention Game of Life as my wife was just asking if there was one for the 360 the other day. :p
