Carrier landings GARBAGE

I really like the game, the graphics, controls, and gameplay are great, mp is fun....but come on, put a little effort into making a carrier landing SOMEWHAT REAL! In case you didn't know, if you fly a naval plane (F-14/ F-18, and I think the SU-33...and I am sure some others) when you return to base you get a carrier landing instead of a runway. What I found out is that you can land on it any way you want and you still "trap"...land on the bow, land the wrong way...you can even overfly the wires and magically make a 50 ft landing on the edge of the landing area! It also would have been nice to include some kind of ship movement to make it at least a little challenging...

If you get bored...load a plane up and have some fun with it.

See...to me THAT was "realistic"...everything bouncing around and a real challenge. I did manage that one the first try, but I have alway liked flight sims so I had done it before on some PC games. The ridiculous carrier landings, though, are unforgivable!

Nah, what I did was just thrust, didn't touch anything but thrust on the refuelling!
