Marketplace not working

My marketplace hasnt been working for quite a while now and I wanna buy stuff. Problem is, IT DOESNT WORK. Ive tried recovering my account and it didnt help. It has only happened to me and no one else. I know its not my connection because I have a good internet connection.

I'm having a problem, too. I can log into Live, no problem, but I can't download anything from the Marketplace. I missed on the Halloween gamerpics...

I've been having intermittent problems over the last week or so. There have been times when I can't sign into live at all, other times when things work perfectly.

Frustrating when you pay for a service and it's not available when you want it.

As well, xbox.com has been hit and miss lately. I just tried logging in a second ago and got the "Server Error in '/' Application" page. Eariler I could get to xbox.com, but couldn't sign in. Same on the weekend.

And now this site's been having problems (there's a number of threads that I keep seeing "Database Error" on when I try to access them). :(
