Assassination Achievements Question

Does anyone know if stealth assassinations (like the ones you use to get Eagle's Talon) count towards the Eagle's Prey achievement? It seems like I've done over 100 stealth assassinations with the X button but not many of the assassinations with the right trigger where you jump on them because it alerts everyone around them. Are these the kind of assassinations I need to be doing? Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure I'll solve it one way or the other as I continue playing, but I'd just like to get all the numerical achievements out of the way as early as possible so I don't have to worry about them later on.

I think as long as you get the kill with the hidden blade, it is considered an assassination. Stealth assassinations should definitely count toward the regular assassination achievement. I kinda wish there was a status counter or something for these numerical achievements
