Hello, it will take a while to make a full achievement guide so for now, if you get an achievement post it here and how... till we get a good one :)

Let me start... MIGHT CONTAIN SPOILERS!!!! till the second boss....

Eagle's Flight - Just hold right trigger for 10 minutes while in a fight with 1 or 2 guys.. easy enough

Welcome to the Animus - Get this by playing the tutorial

Hero of Masyaf - Protect Masyaf from the evil people

Punishment for Treason - Get this by letting the traitor come in front of the main guy (black robe assassin)

The Blood of a Corrupt Merchant - Kill Mr.Tamir in Damascus

The Blood of a Slave Trader - Kill Mr.Talal in Jerusalem

Eagle's Swiftness - In fights just stay defensive and do the combo move (strike then whey attack)

Personal Vendetta - Kill all the templars, they're spread over EVERYWHERE... the heavy armored white guys.

The Eagle and the Apple - 1991 - Complete the game... simple enough

Now you guys post the rest.. hope this was useful :)

I got everything but the collection achievements on my first run, so they're not too hard to get. Anyway.

ALL SECRET ACHIEVEMENTS: you get them by playing through the game, except maybe the very last one. After the final memory, enter your room and use the Y button to look above your bed. Credits roll (I didn't skip them), achievement unlocked. This is NOT the Eagle and Apple achievement but a separate, secret one!

Blade in the Crowd: kill a target without being spotted, and with your Hidden Blade. Very easy to do on the very first target (let enemies kill you if you're spotted, and do this when he's turned around).

Eagle's Will: 100 kills without dying. I found it harder not to splatter myself on the ground while reaching high points than actually being killed by enemies in the beginning, so just watch out while climbing and give yourself some practice to get adjusted to the combat system.

Eagle's Flight: the absolute easiest place I've found was in Jerusalem, right outside. There's a save-the-citizen mission; kill everyone who comes but one, and head towards the corner between the blue wall and the city wall. Stay in the corner, tape down RT, read a book. :-) I suppose any corner would do, though.

Eagle's Dive: combo kills are hard, but getting them down is essential - later on it's very hard to go anywhere without getting them at least a third of the attempts. Consider it practice.

Eagle's Talon: climb on rooftops and stab guards. When rescuing citizens, don't lock on - start by stabbing the first guy in the gut. Sometimes you can jump/stab (RT+X) another guy before they get ****ed at you. Oh, and the kills after interrogation missions count - I got my achievement right after one.

Eagle's Dance: there's an area in Jerusalem (first mission there) with a haystack and a ladder. It's near a church patrolled by alerted guards that's also a high point. Climb, eventually kill the archers, then Leap of Faith in the haystack, climb, repeat until you're nauseated. Of course, doing all the Reach High Points and launching yourself from the top (always look for the small wooden ledge!) will get you at least 90% of the way there.

Eagle's Swiftness: counter kills are a lot easier to do than combo kills, especially in the earlier sections of the game. You should rely on counter kills for well over half the game, so this is just a question of having the counter kill ability.

Enemy of the poor: You'll know beggars - they are resistant to the gentle push and are very, very, very annoying. They WILL block your path, too. Resist the temptation to stab them :-D and just RT+B (grab and toss) them.

Gifted escapist: unsure if the same stall counts, but you do NOT need to be chased. Just dive through the merchant stalls over and over, side to side. You'll destroy stuff as you do so.

Eagle's Prey: the key here should be 'assassinate' - stabs or knife throws only. As you hunt archers for Eagle's Eye and Hands of Thief achievement, this should come naturally.

March of the Pious: again, no need to actually be chased, you can get this while being completely anonymous. Spamming A to continuously blend and break blend doesn't work, but I think you can do the same group multiple times.

Absolute Symbiosis: complete secondary objectives (high points and citizen rescues). You'll get this well before doing them all.

Defender of the People: Acre/Damascus/Jerusalem: complete all the citizen rescue missions in each city... or most, at least. I got at least one of these with one more citizen to save.

Fearless: reach all high points. Whenever you're sent into a new area of a city, you'll need to find the first high point yourself; the rest become revealed after that. I think the high points in the Kingdom count.

Eagle's Eye: climb buildings and knife the guards you find. This should count towards the Eagle's Prey and, indirectly, to Hands of the Thief. Also, approach citizen rescue missions from a high point, lock on and quickly throw a knife. Throw knife to enemies as they climb to your location.

The Hands of a Thief: rob the thugs after running out of knives. The thugs are very recognizible, and are highlighted like guards are. They're much easier to rob than pickpocketing targets, but the procedure is the same: lock on to them (LT), then hold B as you approach them from behind. If robbing fails, they won't even call the guards - just try to beat you up. Run away.
I'm not sure if it's needed, but... exhaust your knife reserve before robbing thugs. I think only the knives that actually go into your reserve count (i.e. if you have 4 knives, that pickpocketing counts as 1 knife stolen). You need 40 full pickpockets, so hang in there.

Eagle's Challenge: tried hard and repeatedly to get this, finally did it in one of the last battles in the second-to-last memory. You'll know what I'm talking about when you see it - you'll be in a corridor with nothing but guards to kill, and then a boss. There's well more than 25 in a single battle there! (I think 'battle' stops counting when you see a memory glitch wiping the screen.)

Disciple of the Creed: uh, I'm not so sure about this. Between planning and luck, but mostly luck, I managed to kill all bosses with full health bar except the last one (well, second-to-last one). Still got the achievement right after his death. BTW, 'full DNA bar' means that you currently need to be at max health, i.e. the little DNA coil appears over your health bar. It does NOT mean you need full synchronism.

Conversationalist: I'm not sure you can miss this. Anyway, every time you are ejected from the Animus (i.e. complete a memory), wait for the professor to leave and talk to the woman. Talk to her until she tells you to go to bed. After the second-to-last memory, she should show you her hand (if you pay attention, you'll know what this means), and you'll get the achivement. I'm not sure you can miss this because you have to talk to her to open the door to the bedchamber and complete each 'day'...

Hungerer of Knowledge: whenever a cutscene starts (in the Animus), start randomly tapping buttons. Any of them (well, not directional buttons, though the digital pad may work). You'll see a lot of cinematic moments, pretty cool. I got it at the cutscene of the very final boss, so this is an extremely easy achievement to miss... and once you miss it, you've gotta go back and replay any cutscene where you skipped them. It probably stacks, i.e. glitches seen stay 'seen', and only glitches you haven't seen before add to the stack. One thing I didn't realise (and therefore missed a lot of glitches in): cutscenes of conversations with dying assassination targets DO have glitches, and are nearly impossible to see! So just tap those buttons. :)
EXCEPTIONS: cutscenes with the Assassin's boss at the beginning of a memory and end of an assassination, and conversations with assassin's guild leaders. You can still press any button to change the view, but no glitches there.

The Eagle and the Apple - 1191: beat the final memory, watch the cutscene, and soon after you're in control you (should) get it. (Remember to go in your room and use Y for the credits and final secret achievement!)

I agree most of the achievements are straightforward and most will be attained during regular gameplay. The only thing I think would be extremely helpful would be overhead map screen captures with locations of all the flags and templars. It wouldn't be too hard to make, but I don't have the technology necessary. Honestly I think a text "flag guide" would be nearly impossible to follow for this game. All the buildings are nearly identical, the best way would have to be an overhead shot with brief descriptions for the really hard to find ones. That way people can just go thru on their in-game map and clear the cities on a block by block basis. That's just my idea, hopefully someone can make it happen.

Is your health bar the DNA bar? i think they mean that you have to complete every side mission before assassinatin your target.. after every side mission you will get one bank back on your memory block..... main question now.. did you complete every side mission BEFORE killing your target??

Easyiest achievement for me in any game would have to be either Stranglehold, where you go to shop menu in the main menu and unlcok the achievement for meeting John Woo or in the Transformers game where all you have to do is transform for the first time by pressin the Y button.

My guess is that you have to complete all investigations and citizen rescues/high spots before assassination. That means 'full DNA' to me at least.

The Simpsons game has the easiest achievement to date. All you have to do is press start.

Eagle's Flight: Stay in the corner, tape down RT, read a book. :-)

I don't have this achievement, this is weird :/

And probably I was right. I remember being low on health in some assassination task [with William I think] and still I got the achievement.

Before you assassinate someone you must investigete them when you finish an investigation it fills up a segment of the D.N.A. bar or memory (whatever you want to call it) so to fully fill up the D.N.A. bar you must finish all investigations before assassinating a target

You can't. If you miss any dialogue, you gotta start a new game so back up your saves. :(
