I dont think you can for the mempory glitch one as you cant make the cutscenes happen again, (can you?)

ANy others like that?

I hate going through games, missing stuff and then having to do it all again.

you can revisit any memory block and replay any kills in them to do whatever you need to

OK cool.

So If I just rush through the gaem, I can come back later and collect all the stuff and I wont have to start from scratch?

IS that correct?

im curious about this as well becuase i assassinated the first target and I still needed to save a few citizens, so my DNA bar was not full, will i be able to replay that memory block and get the DNA bar full and re-assassinate the first guy to get that "assassinate everyone with a full DNA bar" achieve? i dont want to have to start all over...for 30 points...

It just means when you actually nail the target, your DNA bar (however long it is) MUST have the swirling DNA behind it, ie, you've taken no damage beforehand. If you have, drop back, let it re-fill and have another go.

They call that bar the SYNCHRONIZATION bar, not the DNA bar.

I haven't looked specifically in the manual for the name, but it would make the most sense if the "DNA bar" was literally the "objective bar", since it's literally in the shape of a DNA strand.

This achievement is glitched, you will get it even if you don't have a full 'DNA' bar.
