Well, I've thrown MANY beggars and crazy people and still didn't get this achievement :/ Do I have to wait for a precise moment or something?

25 is a big number ;) whenever a beggar walks up to you hit RT and press B to grab and throw them just make sure you don't throw them into any guards :)

That's all there is to it really, I've gotten the achievement myself yesterday.

I don't think you can once you grab and throw them they start to freak out and run around hehe just continue your game play and whenever one crosses your path grab and throw that's how I got it.

Yes, you can throw the same beggar, but only after they stand back up and annoy you again. It's easier to just keep going and find more to toss around.

Also, those people aren't crazy, they are mentally retarded. That's why they hold their hands the way they do and make those ridiculous noises. Jusst wanted to add that.

Okay, I got the achievement finally but I grabbed and thrown a LOT more harassers than 25 so I don't really know what's going on with this achievement :P

Throw the beggers, now I find out.. Guess I should have looked at the ach. list first before playing. I have been shivving them in the gut when they come up to me (got tired of trying to walk around them). Dang, hope I didnt kill too many.

I have the same problem. Those damn ppl randomly knock me into jar carriers and blow my cover. Several times they've ****ed me up during informer assassination missions.
