Is "Conversationalist" at the beginning of the game, or throughout?

Like at the beginning in the hospital... or throughout the whole story?
Just wondering because I spoke to her and the doc alot at the beginning and not sure if i should be expecting an achievement yet or not. :P

It's throughout the whole game. As far as I know as long as you talk to her until she repeats herself every time you see her, you should get it.
