Its meant to be attack, then press x again as soon as your blades touch.

This is so hard to do, it really is i might have done it once or twice if even.

its easiest to do it on the guards in the beginning town because they are really weak and they give you a little slack if you aren't one point with the second attack

its actually not too hard, as long as you dont have too many guards on you. how i do it, is i hold down x, to do a hard swing, so you swing slower, and its a lot easier to time to point when the blade contacts with theirs. once i started doing it this way, i got the achievement in no time.
