achievement help ?

how do u complete evey mission in Damascus because ive done all the missions there and i have not got the achievement, when i go to Damascus all there is, is Vigfanfes, Bureau and Scholars. Is there more parts to Damascus

this happened to me except with veiw points. i had 9/10 with non on the map. Just keep walking around and somehow, when you are near a mission, it will show up on ur mini map abut not the big map.
