In need of a computer whizz please take a look

right where shall i start
ive got a huawei e220 modem plugged directly into my pc via usb,ive got no routers or anything just my ethernet cable plugged from my xbox to pc.My nat settings are always strict and i cant seem to get them open.ive posted a picture of the network settings (advanced settings)because i havent got a clue if anything needs to be changed,ticked,unticked or what.please if any 1 can help me then i wud appreciate it,its impossible to find a game on COD4 when the settings are strict.thanks

lukked at the guide still no look,if i setup a static ip my xbox wont connect,not very good at this sort of stuff
