yo, i'm form mgc and just popped in to say hi and check out what y'all are up to. very impressive i must say. :)

edit: after looking at the other introductions i realized mine was pretty defficient. so here goes--

KS has the best bbq but lots of people like their meat rare for some reason.. ever heard a guy order a steak over there, goes something like, "bring out the cow, slice off a peice, i'll eat what i want and ride the rest home" hehe

nice cyz. that is pretty much how i like my bbq -- if it ain't been slaughtered less than 10 feet from the grill i don't want it.

nah, i live in lawrence which is about 40 minutes from kansas city. we have some good bbq here, but all the good stuff is in kc near the live stock stables.
