That Content is Locked?

So I tried to download the new GTA trailer this morning, and it said that I couldn't because content with that rating is not allowed to be downloaded on a profile with my current settings. I'm sixteen years old, and made the mistake back when I was 12 or 13 to tell Xbox Live my actual age. Anyway, I went into the family settings, put in my mom's email address password to access family settings, and everything is unlocked. I checked all over and every type of media is unlocked.

What can I do to unlock that content?

Make another Windows Live e-mail, make it say that you're 18, and link it to your profile.

But, suggestion I got, mate. If it doesn't work, sorry. :(

Ok I just called 4myxbox and they told me that it should be fixed in about a day.

i just made another account as my download things account and u can still access it in yur main

From what i've heard if your windows live ID is below the age of 18 you cant download Mature rated content, not sure what effect this will have on already downloaded content however.

I keep getting the same problem, I keep trying to download the new Army Of Two vid and it gives me that message. :(

This annoys me too, everything is unlocked but I can't download mature or unrated material

I can download M rated Arcade games, but not themes/gamer pics and videos. Everything is unlocked.

And by the way, when they say they're working on it, look for it in the next Dashboard update.
