Xboxlive Arcade question Please help

Okkk... I hate this about aboxlive arcade if true. I had my original xbox360 and downloaded about 22 games for it. I could play the full versions of the game whether I was online or offline. Then x many days later I get the dreaded red ring of death. F**K. No big deal it's covered under the extended Warrenty.

So I send it in a couple weeks pass I get another one. When I put my old hard drive into the new 360 I cannot play the full-versions of my 360 live arcade games without being connected to xboxlive... WTF does this anger me.

So I download another Arcade game Arkaiden Warriors... Highly reccomend. But, Now I can play that game online or offline... so WTF?

Is there any way I can get it so my new 360 will recongize I actually have those F'in games when I'm not connected to live?
