I believe this is close to what you're wanting.GIMP can't do clipping mask, but this is almost the same thing. (Follow the bottom TUT)

Thanks But how do i get the stuff back to the bottom of the stuff like if i click the paintbrush down at the bottom it would let me see all of the stuff like what kind of brush and now it says: You can drop dockable dialogs here.

to delete a layer go to dialogs then layer and then select the layer you want to delete and theres a button in the menu to delete it
