Aircraft-Specific Clear Medals

I'm probably going to tackle these soon, can anyone tell me if they can be completed on Easy or if it has to be Normal or higher like some of the other medals?

Also, I'm under in the impression the named aircraft only appear on Expert or higher. Is this correct?

it does have 2 b on normal or higher & yes the named aces are only on expert & above
