Complete 10 Frontline Landings?

can someone please explain what a frontline landing is.....I thought it was landing on the aircraft carrier 10 times but I was wrong cause it hasnt unlocked yet after alot of landings so I dont know what this achievement means?

It means landing at an airfield actually on the map, one of the ones where you have to hit the left stick to lower your gear and then follow tower instructions to land. Even though the option is available, you CAN'T hit start to skip it.

Also, for me, it didn't pop until I ended the mission.

Do all 10 landings have to be on the same exact mission?

I seem to run out of time on mission 2 and wondered if you could spread them over a couple of replays of the same level?

I don't know, I did all ten of mine on the same mission. Mission 5 seems to be easier, for me anyway. Do the airfield recapture objective, and then once the secondary objective comes up, kill most of the reinforcements and then do your landings, you'll have all the time you need.
