My site:

I Live 2 Kill Productions (http://www.freewebs.com/ilive2kill/index.htm)

{Skip to Red Text to disregard my PS timeline.}
So I've been a sigmaker for about a year now. If I could remember the exact date I started, I'd say sometime around June or July. I started sigmaking on a little known site recognized as oTourneys. To me, the site was a disaster heading for oblivion. My past of the site I wouldn't like to talk too much about, even though others may know what exactly went down there. Between the time that I was there, and the time up until now, I have changed significantly.

Among those changes were my Photoshopping skills. I started out with a bunch of freeware and trial version of picture rendering programs. I soon realized that there were many other amazing things out there. At first, I was recommended GIMP and was about to download when a member contacted me via PM about Photoshop CS2. He told me it was way more better than anything out there so far, and he knew a way to 'get' it.

As the story goes, a couple hours later I was thanking him and was on my way to making sigs with my new Adobe Photoshop CS2: Extended Edition. I loved it immediately. I've made many sigs with it, but along with time it too became an outdated program by Photoshop CS3.

By this time, I was long gone from oTourneys and had experienced many other forum communities, some greater than others. I resided to a fast growing community that I've only been to once before to help me in attaining the achievements of Gears of War. I bet you can guess what site that is. As the story goes, my education on Photoshop furthered with the help of more experienced members (Nastaz, Ai3, among others). I can not thank them enough for the helop and inspiration they've provided over the past few months. I was there for the first Graphics site of which ai so graciously took the time to create to make a community for the graphically interested members of A360P. All of our interests in the site made a combined push for the production of this topic that we post in today, which I don't think anyone should ever take for granted.

But, over time, I have become less and less interested in making sigs and haven't produced a new one in about 2 months now. I am currently working on a movie, but I am getting the urge to design another sig after typing this. I have many ideas at the moment, but will only choose one as I will probably end up leaving Photoshop for video making again. Not saying that I won't ever return, but everybody needs a break from everything once in a while.

So my story ends, with many details left out. I couldn't ever type it all because it's almost like a fictional book about a real person. Some things that have happened seem too good to be true, but are immediately followed by something bad. My experiences on all of graphics forum sites and conversations with the many members there have taught me more than any PSD or Tutorial can. Like said before "There is no knowledge greater than old knowledge."

All of this now leads up to what I have done so far in my graphic life. I have taken the time to upload every sig I have ever made onto Photobucket. It seems like there should be more, but I'm still proud of what I've done so far. Almost 3 pages on Photobucket is more than what I wanted in the beginning. Now, I'd like to produce things of much more higher quality, talent, skill, effort, and determination all combined. Of course with the help of Photoshop, I'm sure this feat isn't as hard as it seems to me. Still, the journey shall always be exciting, and something to look forward to in the future.

The meat of the topic
So here they are. The meat of the thread. My sigs. They are listed in order of best to worst (Since I can't remember which I have created first, and which I have created last. These are also in my opinion of which I think are the best as well.) to save your time, especially if you've read that entire thing above this. If you really want to see my oldest and worst things I've done, then feel free to hit the bottom of the post. I guarantee you won't be dissapointed if you're looking for some laughs. ;)

Why post my oldest sigs? To show how far I've come since then, and to keep me going everytime I see them. That's why I continue sigmaking. To only keep on getting better.
"There is not an obstacle in the world that can stop man from achieving his highest goal, as long as he wants it bad enough."

Well, enjoi everybody. Don't be afraid to rate either, comment, give advice, post top 3 best ect. Every post is appreciated. Cheers and Goodnight!

Just in case - NO STEALING!

^^ Looks much better when actually used as a Livecard. Unfortunately, the site shut down and I still have to learn a few other sites that offer the same oppurtunity as they did.

(more sigs underneath)

Games of 2008

Of the 3 videos I have up so far, this is easily my greatest. It is a combination of game trailers that were released in 2008. Most of the games have either already come out, or are coming out in 2008, with the exception of a few heading for Spring of 2009, or still unconfirmed. The name doesn't play too much of a role, but it still should have probably been called something else. Anyway, I still enjoy watching it and I hope you do too. Games of 2008.

SilverHalo

My second video was a huge improvement. I started to use some transitions and I actually used more than 1 clip to make it. I purposely incorporated the music to go with what was showing on the video as well. I called it SilverHalo in respect to the author of the song (who never had his work copyrighted) known as SilverBrin. The original song title called SilverHalo2. He commented on this video on Youtube if you care to look.

Landfall Music Video

My 1st Ever Vid. Landfall Music Video. Not a very creative name, but it's also not a very good video. I was just trying to get used to WMM (Windows Movie Maker). Song was Just Like You Imagined by Nine Inch Nails.

Metroid Sig (http://pic60.picturetrail.com/VOL1771/8276315/15732704/275170903.jpg)
mostly made for me by one of the coolest English men I've ever had the experience to meet. Taught me a lot. I fixed some things to my liking after he gave me the PSD to do whatever I wanted with.

That's it for now! I might update as time goes on and I throw out a few more. Wow! Took me over an hour to post that, hope it's worth it! Don't forget to comment everybody.

Woah, that is one VERY detailed introduction. You've always been into GFx as long as I can remember. Helping people out by doing requests, answering questions, the whole 9 yards ;)

Some of your stuff is seriously awesome (Halo Animated- BOMB!) and IDK if you remembered it, but my favorite of all time of yours was definitely the Metroid sig with the particles and stuff everywhere :)

Oh, and thanks for all the shout-outs <3

Oh yes. I defintely remember the Metroid particle. The reason I didn't include that is because it techincally isn't all mine. It was actually someone who I used to know made it for me, and I enhanced it further after he gave me the PSD to download. Even though he said that I was entitled to do whatever I wanted with it, I'd still always like to recognize him in helping. His name was Tom, and was one of my most favorite English men that I know.
I'm not going to post the actual sig itself, but if you'd like to see it again you can Click Here (http://pic60.picturetrail.com/VOL1771/8276315/15732704/275170903.jpg) to view it again.

I think I might include it at the bottom of everything as a double project or something.

Mario Galaxy. I used a tut to help me out on this one. Taught me a lot of things I didn't know.

Great stuff ;). The only thing I've ever had a problem with is that you label them when they're for others, and its really noticeable. I cant do it for my requests since it seems like its a colab piece but other then that it is great stuff.

Lol, you were going to make a site for every member of A360P Graphics? That's insane. I'm sure you would have regretted that. Haha.

It's been a while since I've done anything, and with my new computer graphics class in school, I've gotten into Photoshop once more. I plan to show this in school tomorrow so C&C please.

Too big, too much empty space, the border is kinda weird, and there is not much going on. Only noticeable change is the swirl around the bucket, the clip masking in the top right corner, and the background. Maybe if it was smaller it would look better but being the size it is there is not much you can do with the big empty spaces. You've done a wayyy better job with your others so I have to say something about this one.

Shrink the sig and for the c4d in the background mess around with it by manipulating it. And try and make it flow with the guitar.
