When i go to download the free trial and it downloads and when i go to finish it this error message comes up

Setup has encountered a error and cannot continue.Contact Adobe Customer Support for assistance.

The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. HTis can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.

Has anybody experienced this problem help would be very much appreciated.

And you get error code 2739? I did this (http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=kb401521&sliceId=1) and it works fine now.
