Options at the top of the screen, Edit Signature on the left hand side column. To put images, use the Direct url and insert codes to either end. Like this.

Direct Url

Exchange your direct url for mine and put in the IMG codes like I have done. Then in your signature it goes so you'll get this.

Edit: Don't forget to delete the spaces I have put between the [IMG] Codes. I have them there so it doesn't come up like a picture as shown below.
