How do I get the brushes that aren't .abr loaded onto photoshop?

And, how do I make it so that brushes are in a folder in photoshop. Instead of all crumpled up.

Oh, I think I explained the first question badly...

When I download some of the brushes, they come zipped. When I unzip them, how do i get them onto CS3? :)

Double click them and pick photoshop as default ;). If they're not compatible then they won't work. You might also have to close and reopen photoshop to see them.
