WHo would buy or rent a bowling game?
as a bowler, i'm pretty upset at the piece of sh*t bowling games that get made. THere is a whole lot of stuff that they don't put in, that would make it fun. If a good bowling game was made, would you play it?

holy sh!t, somebody else on A360P that bowls? lol. Ya, a good bowling game could definitely get made, with like modern balls and oil patterns and all. It would be pretty cool, but it will probably never happen. :(

Bowling is a good idea for a XBLA game (at least for me)

That game looks like it could be pretty cool. Not the kind of bowling game i would like, but the level designs have some real potential. It could be a good XBLA game.

hopefully if a bowling game is made, it will be made by people who are very familiar with bowling

for example- AMF Bowling 2004 for Xbox, i could hit the pocket with a very nice shot and leave a 6 pin split. thats not supposed to happen in real bowling(at least not to me)

Wii Sports bowling isnt that bad, but a better bowling game can be made

ya, i hope that someone makes a good bowling game with realistic conditions, real bowling balls, pros, and all that good stuff.

I hate to say it but I think the Wii has a bowling game. I'd play that, but i don't have a Wii. The last bowling I played was the extra game in Tekken for the PSP. I'd play it if it came out on xbla but not a full fledged bowling game for full price.

not only wii sports bowling, but the wii also has another bowling game. i think its Brunswick Bowling or something like that.

yes, i haven't been living in a cave for the past couple years, i know about the two wii bowling games. But they aren't the kind of bowling games i'm looking for. Only an actual bowler would know what i'm talking about when i say that i would like a realistic bowling game to come out.

yeah

it would be cool to bowl on the lane conditions Viper, Cheetah, Chameleon, Scorpion, and Shark in different PBA tournaments

Yes, exactly what i'm talking about, they could make a whole career mode, like you start off in high school and move on to college then to the tour. You would have stat points and stuff that you improve through practicing certain things and make your own custom bowler, with almost infinite posibilities for their styles. You could make a cranker like tommy jones or a stroker like Walter Ray Williams. A game like that could definitely be made, its just that someone has to do it.

I would just love to see a game like that, especially with modern bowling balls, that you could get drilled the way you want them to be. Like you could have a bag with only the balls that you bought and put in there before the tournament or match etc. It would just have so much potential, but there isn't really anyone that would make a game like that, they probably wouldn't think that it would sell very good.
