Not a complaint, want to know if there is something wrong

when i first came to this site just looking around the forums and it seemed more colorful with descriptions under each category. I joined and it isnt like that anymore. I was messing around with my internet options and i think that is what messed up this site for me. Any one have any suggestions on what to do?

its when u get achievement 19 just keep posting and u will get it. Itll go away once u get to 20 though :(
