Arcade help.

I got my replacement xbox back and I know that I have to be logged into live to play my arcade games. No problem except that 3 of them will not work. They are sega classics. Sonic, Golden Axe, and Streets of Rage 2. It says I have the full version and all but when I go to play it says to purchase to unlock. I go out and it shows I have purchased it but I download it again. No luck. I deleted it off my HD and downloaded it again and still it says it is the trial. Anybody know of a fix. I called 1-800-4myxbox and they did nothing to help.

Well I just have to have the games moved to my new xbox on microsoft's side. Now I play the waiting game.
