I don't really like Jason Kidd but I would like to see him win a championship with the Mavericks.

Mavericks suck without him, Mavericks will suck with him. Kidd is old and the Mavericks basically traded thier whole team.

The details: Kidd, forward Malik Allen and swingman Antoine Wright are sent to Dallas for 24-year-old point guard Devin Harris, center DeSagana Diop, swingman Trenton Hassell, guard Maurice Ager, Van Horn via sign-and-trade, first-round draft picks this June and in 2010 and $3 million in cash

To be honest, I don't think it will make them that much better. Yes, they get jason kidd but Kidd is already getting old and dallas got rid of devin harris ( young player with a lot of talent ) and diop ( their big man and great for defensive purposes ). I can't say for sure but we are going to have to wait and see. But I'm sure dallas is still not capable of winning the championship. Sorry dallas fans.

They are not better than the Hornets, Lakers, Suns, Spurs, Jazz, I don't even think thier better than the Nuggets. So that puts them 7th in the west.

But No For Real..Jason Kidd Is Gonna Make The Mavs Alot Better.
They Traded The Bench That They Dont Use..Still Got Terry coming Off The Bench As The Six Man..All They Lost Was Diop Pretty Much A Defensive threat....Devin Harris..Will NEVER Be What Jason Kidd Is NOW..So..Maybe The Mavs Are Thinking Now..And If Thats What They're Thinking..They Made A good Move.

It is a good move, I just don't think it's going to make a real difference for the Mavericks.
