Q: If I recovered a friends account and downloaded an item off the marketplace (for the first time, NOT re-downloading) using his/her profile, Would the item be accessible on his/her profile And any profile on my 360 (after recovery)?

I think the content is saved to the HDD not the profile so you could play on any other accounts on that HDD but they wouldnt be able to play them games on another HDD although i am not certain
