This seems to be the online hard online achievement. Other than that, Army of Two seems like an easy 1000.

Anyone know if you can boost in ranked matches? Like being able to see the host name?

You can Host a ranked match an invite 3 People! Its true! In Germany we have the game since last week, you can make 10-12 Millions in 20 Minutes

yea but what kinda boosting can you do...just take turns pounding the other teams ass like richard simmons? i'd rather be able to rubberband like rainbow six cuz then you dont have to play hundreds of rounds for an achievement you can sleep and have your game play for you

The easiest way and the way I've been doing it at are by hosting a game on Bounties. You can get 12-16 million if you are fast. It works best on Afghanistan since you don't have to step jump at all for any of the objectives. Take turns winning and have 1 player get secondary objectives and another get primary. Works pretty good.
