I think you will love this game for playing with a buddy, I like the game but feel as if the AI buddy needed a little work... especially when he is supposed to be reviving you...

it play's like KILLSWITCH...I did get to play a "ranked" session online and it wasn't that great...just 2mins bfore the match ended, the game frozed up...and i didnt get the achievement for playing a full session.
i'll give it a 6/10.

It depends.
If your just wanting to run through the game to see what its like, then by all means RENT!!!! It can be beaten in like 5 hours on recruit.
But, if your wanting to get 1000/1000 out of the game, you would probably wanna buy. To get the weapon achievements, and the money achievements, you have to replay the game a few times. You only get about 300,000 for beating the game, so you have alot of money to pick up after the game, IF you want 1000/1000 outta Army of Two

Is there any way to track how much money and how many kills you have gotten in order to know how much/many more you need for the achievment?

After playing games like CallOfDuty4, TeamFortress2, GearsOfWar, Bioshock, Halo3, etc... My expectations for this game were very high.
Unfortunately, this game is not even close to being in the same league as those other games mentioned. It's rough around the edges, and the middle is not exactly smooth.
It's not a bad game - but it's not a great one either.
It's decent, and fun (at times). But I would not recommend spending $50-$60 to purchase it.
If I had to give it a score from 1 to 10 = 6.9 (not quite a 7)
For reference, I'd give COD4 (and each of the other games I mentioned above) a strong 9.
This is just my personal opinion, of course.
Make sure to read what everybody else has to say, and rent the game before purchase if possible. Some people LOVE this game, and you might be one of those people.
Happy gaming. :)

I'd buy, this game sold out everywhere around were I live, I found it in a supermarket in the end and they only had two copies left.
I think its a great game, I love it.

This is a perfect review of the game. After playing Halo 3 and COD4, there is no way this game is even remotely close. I give it a 6 overall because it is so short and the multiplayer is pretty dumb. It is def. a rental game. Wait for the price to drop before you buy it. That is what I would have done if I could do it all over again.

i dont think its possible for anyone to get a billion dollars in this game. its gonna take the whole 2008 to get that achievement. but who knows, there might be hardcore gamers out there.

Great game. The replay value is high in this game. The campaign is short, but can only be played a couple of times before it becomes tiring. The online is what makes up for it IMO. :) I say buy it.

I would definitely say this is a rental.
Campaign mode is short with 6 missions.
Multiplayer doesn't have the polish like Halo 3 or COD4.
And when RSV2 comes out next week, I highly doubt Army of Two will be given a second thought.

def do not buy. i rented it through gamelfy and im regretting waiting almost a week to get it. that alone wasnt worth it.
the game barely holds my attention and the hype that surrounded it just hurts it more. The only reason why im still playing it is becuase I want to see if it gets any better. but after readind things on here, i dont think its going to.
