I would think so. I got mine using the SAL 86 sniper grenade rifle thingy...

I got my achiev by using the cheapest rocket launcher there is. I did it in level 2. The launcher can only hold 1 rocket so when we were parachuting down, i killed 1 guy with it then restarted checkpoint. it starts back up in the air and i just repeated this 25 times

I got mine using the SAL-86. The SAL holds 5 rounds which is more than any other RPG and the blast radius is smaller than the othe RPG's; so if you are close to your target you have less of a chance of taking damage. The easiest place to get the kills is mission 5 after you blow the bridge and you have to run down the stairs to the hovercraft. There are appr. ten terrorist that run up the stairs in groups of 2-3 and one well placed shot will kill all of the guys in the small groups.

Yes, the Stinger does count towards the RPG kills. Technically the Stinger is not an RPG, it is a missile launcher, but in the context of the game the Stinger is in the RPG cat. I just unlocked this with the Stinger on one playthrough on the Aircraft carrier level in the beginning (Take out both Helos with it and the grps of men as you parachute down!) Good luck.

Do not quote me on this but i also think you cna get it with the MGL (grenade Launcher). I was doing a playthrough with the MGL and the RPG and only killed about 10 people directly with the RPG when it suddenly unlocked. I at the time was also using the MGL through the game and believe it was the cause of the unlock. Like I said, I am not sure but I think.

i got mine using the stinger on the ship level as i was parachuting down kill as many enimies as you can and then reload cheackpoint before you land

Yes the stinger counts. Thats how I got mine.
