achement glitch prob on over g

i no this is posted in the non wester section but noone has come up with a solution so figured would get more publicty up here. when ever i unlock an achvment on over g my 360 will lock up, but when i try it back on i will have the achevment but i will have to do the mission over again. caz it locks up before it has a chance to save and its ****ing me off. does anyone no of a way to avoid this like a way to save before you get the achvement so it doesnt lock up? or why its doing this thanks i no im not the only one this has happened to but if it keeps it up its gona take me forever to beat this thing l8r

I also heard if you are playing your own soundtrack than the original music the game freezes also. BEWARE!

yup both instances have happened so i stopped linking my pc or my ipod to my 360 and the over g achievement lock ups are impossible from what i have found to get around, although i have had sure luck and a few achievements have worked. its terrible cus im on my third console and its done it on all of them so sorry to disappoint bud

There is no way around that works! I have read the most complex theories in other forums but none seemed to work! Players will have to wait for an eventual update. But there is one thing I am pretty sure of, this glitch only happens in the PAL Version of the game.

I had a PAL version and it never happened to me... did you mean to say NTSC ? or ?

No I meant PAL. In the original japanese version there were no problems. I suspect that the issue with freezing arose when the game was programmed for PAL users.

all you have to do is go to personal settings on the dashboard and turn notifications off so the achievement will be there but wont pop up and wont freeze the game, it works for me
