I don't know if you remember me or not but I was on your gamer list when the 360 first came out (from playing PDZ or PGR 3 on live).

When your gamer points went blasting off closer & closer to 10,000 I thought to myself that you were a professional Microsoft game tester. After a few weeks you were getting closer and closer to 15,000 pts , and before I knew it you vanished from my friend list.

I then figured out that you were the most hard core gamer out there, and that you were too big to be on my live list...

And his thumbs! After I play like 5 rounds of geometry wars my thumbs are burning and my eyes are watering. NO JOKE. I wear contacs though, and you can't blink in that game if you wanna do really well. Awesome game though. He's got all 200 in it! I'll be happy if I can just reach 1,000,000 one day. Surviving it? I'll leave that to the possessed.

Gentlemen, I hate to be the one to burst your bubble about this ST the King guy, but I know for a fact that he is a cheater. If you don't believe me, go to the LIVE leaderboard for the game Full Auto. There you will see ST the King sitting at rank 57 with only 9 races and 516 kills. Anyone who has played the game Full Auto knows that this is not possible without cheating. I would say that this is a rather embarrasing situation for the man who is touted as having the worlds highest gamerscore. It makes me wonder about what other games hjavascript:emoticon(':oops:')e has cheated on. I propose that this man be immediately stripped of his world's highest gamerscore status. Thank you.

Well sorry to burst you bubble but he probably used one of the tips provided by our own forums. There is a tip posted that states you can do containment or some map like that (i dont have the game) but anyways from the start there is water. One car can drive off the edge after being shot and it will count as a kill. This allows for very easy points, thus disproving your theory that he cheats.

Plus you go try and get 22,000 gamerscore in 4 months. Sadly it wont happen. He is so skilled to have beaten games like Gun, PDZ, and PGR3 on the hardest difficulty. Not much people have such skill in a wide variety of games, to me he truely is a legend.

Also if any mods catch this, I think this thread fits perfect in the new 'introductions' section.

Don't worry Blind, you haven't burst my bubble at all. I saw the "tip" that you were referring to. It is contained in a section called "Glitches: not the most chivalric way to play the game, but neverthless they do exist." So why does this very forum refer to it as "not the most chivalric way to play the game?" Because it is a cheat. Commonly used by noobs and other unskilled players. True hardcore gamers do not use cheats. Period. It is considered dishonorable. So why does ST the King use them? If he is so skilled, why does he resort to nonsense like having one of his buddies let him kill them over and over. Why doesn't he play the game legitimately and with honor? Actually, I'm suprised that with a gamerscore as high as yours that you wouldn't be a little bit upset about this. Just think, if he wasn't cheating like this, you might be able to catch him. Oh well,you can keep on stroking this guy if you want to, but in my mind this is an absolute embarrasment for the guy with the worlds highest gamerscore to be caught cheating like this. Also, this isn't just about gamerscores. There are alot of people who have raced hundreds of races in Full Auto and have gained their ranking on the leaderboard legitimately who are upset that this guy is sitting there on the leaderboards with only 9 races. There are about 5 or 6 guys who have pulled this stunt, but he is absolutely the worst offender by far. I was talking to Lars Biil (ranked number 2) the other morning and we were discussing how guys like this are ruining the game for the honorable players and he said to me: "Have you seen the guy with only 9 races and over 500 kills? How ridiculous is that?!?!" He didn't realize who it was. When I told him that was the guy with the worlds highest gamerscore, he couldn't believe it. If such a simple trick like joining a game with a friend and killing him over and over were possible to do in Halo 2, guess what would've happened? Don't lie, you know that thousands of players who want a high level but aren't that good would do it to feel better about themselves. I agree that it is wrong, and not "honorable" as you say. That's why I had the idea to put the glitches forum up. However, I disagree that you can't have any respect for ST TheKing, he does whatever it takes to get that high gamerscore, INCLUDING the 98% of his gamerscore which is earned through completing totally legit achievements, some which you or I could never do. I dare you to go complete the no collision achievement on ridge racer, or PDZ on Dark agent )single player, get 200 points in geometry wars, make a flower of black pearls in HExic, etc.

He doesn't cheat, he just uses cheap tactics/glitches to boost himself sometimes. I could care less what he does, as it doesn't affect my GamerScore, or my fun.

I did it. You did it. We ALL did it. It is a little more in the grey, because it could happen to you unintentionally, and it could send you down to an F- unintentionally. The reason i mention DOA first, is because i think you and others, are more inclined to let ST off the hook because we did the same thing in DOA.remember that we only did it because at the time We had chances of catching ST, and he had done it. While ST may have mad skills as a gamer, as a competitor i have zero respect for him. He is already in first place. The only thing he can accomplish by boosting through quake is to make it completely impossible for anyone who refuses to cheat be able to catch him. It is also easy to go rob an old lady, that doesnt make it ok, nor does it make it her fault, for being an easy victim. You may have noticed that the Quake players SERIOUSLY owned his rep, 0 stars now. good. I should also point out that even if he didnt boost, I would be NOWHERE near his score, nor would you. I say that so those reading will understand this is not me trying to take down the guy above me, its about the integrity of the leaderboards. The funny thing is that he is only going to end up hurting himself from it. Once he has widened the gap to a completely insurmountable amount by anyone, people will quit caring about gamerscore, just like even though Halo 2 is referenced all the time, you never hear anyone referencing their rank. Oh and By the way, ST got someone else to do his Hexic flower of black pearls. Just another of his achievements not really earned. I , for one, and far less impressed by total gamerscore, as by what someone has accomplished. I think most people understand this when reminded Dark Agent=50pts, Madden=1000pts.

I know you are burnt out on gamerscore, but the truth is, if he didn't boost and get people to do his achievements for him, you would have a real legitimate shot at being #1. Also man, I've completed Fight Night four times over now, because simply put : It rocks. If you get it though be prepared for a very sore right thumb from total punch control...

That was very hard to read GrayWolf. Not to sound like your high school english teacher, but please just put one or two more paragraph breaks in there next time. For me?

Anyways, I was not aware that someone else beat hexic for ST, and I'm not sure how you were aware of that. The reason I boosted in DOA was never to catch ST. After seeing the crazy achievements he had done like all points in Geo Wars, the Ridge Racer No Collisions, etc. I knew I was never going to catch him. At the time, I did the boost because Drakkenstrike was only a couple hundred points behind me and used it to catch up to me. This bothered me a lot, and at first I called him out, posted in forums complaining and had no intention of doing the glitch. But I did in the end, because I was so addicted to staying ahead. I really regret this, and now that I could care less abotu my gamerscore, wish I could erase my gamer profile completely and start from scratch. Then from here on out I would just go for really hard achievements in the games I like and know that when people "compare games" with me it wouldn't be full of all the garbage I've done to get to the top.

Thankfully, I am not obsessed with gamerscore now, and you will see that my attitude towards glitches is nothing but negative. You said yourself that you should respect the accomplishments, not the gamerscore and since you admit that you glitched in DOA 4, and you were the one who told me that the quake 4 glitch existed, you are way out of line to try and put yourself up on some pedestal above people who have used glitches and claim to have no respect for them. I agree that ST doesn't need to do them to get ahead, but I definately won't use that as some lame excuse to have no respect for someone who is obviously a dedicated and skilled gamer. Not to mention a nice guy.

Dont't see how I am putting myself up on a pedestal. In fact, i said YOU should be number one. Yeah i told you about the Quake4 glich, just as you are telling EVERYONE about it, through your glitches forum. If you recall, i was willing to help you do it, but i didnt take any win points myself.Why? As i stated, It is a completely different thing when you HAVE to do it to catch someone, because THEY have done it. There are only so many points available. As i also stated, i do respect ST as a gamer, just not as a competitor.

And while you are certainly entitled to your own opinion, i am obviously not alone in my feelings, as Fallen Angels pointed out, or STs rep would not have taken such a hit. I know about the hexic flower because someone asked him.

On a different subject, K4rn4ge has just joined this board. You may or may not recognize him from the TOP of the GW highscore list. He has made several videos (ranging from 7.5million points to All achievements unlocked in one game) He has given permission for this site to host any of his videos, if you so desire. The all achievement video is 21 minutes long, and 76.4meg. I would like to give it to you or the monsters, but i don't know where i should send it, nor do i want to clog anyones mail with 77meg unless they are expecting it.

I do happen to know that GrayWolf has never gotten any points or frags from the Quake glitch, he is actually adamently against it.

I think he needs a break though, he yelled at me the other day for touching the stove when its hot... or maybe it was something else...

I also realized that we top 5 dont ever really play together.

ST is always busy or doing some glitch and ****ing off Quakers to actually PLAY for FUN (remember that?).

I specifically TOOK MY THREAD DOWN that I had up about the glitch, and polled the userbase of this website, requesting that we not discuss glitches because I think it's bad for the community to share such information as it only makes such problems worse. I lost that poll, it was argued that spreading such knowledge apparently makes it better as it's more likely to be fixed and things like well if it can be done, it will be, so why not?

I am totally insulted by you saying I'm telling everyone about it as it is exactly the opposite. If you feel guilty for telling me about it, and want to dissociate yourself from it, don't do it by trying to lay it on me. I'll be playing Burnout, as i said, I h av eit pre-ordered but I'm sure I'll get it a day or two after you Americans. Well if I had some godly control over this site, which I don't, and it's GOOD that I don't because far more problems with occur than solutions... but anyways, if I DID there would be absolutely no information about glitches or discussion of glitches that affects ONLINE competitive matches or statistics. I could care less what people do in single player.

I don't believe it's a real word so I'm sure different people have thier own definitions but it's normally used by people I know and myself to indicate someone being sarcastic towards you in a way that they and others may fine funny, but is funny at your expense, so you tend not to find it quite as funny. When your gamer points went blasting off closer & closer to 10,000 I thought to myself that you were a professional Microsoft game tester. After a few weeks you were getting closer and closer to 15,000 pts , and before I knew it you vanished from my friend list.

I then figured out that you were the most hard core gamer out there, and that you were too big to be on my live list...

There is a tip posted that states you can do containment or some map like that (i dont have the game) but anyways from the start there is water. One car can drive off the edge after being shot and it will count as a kill. This allows for very easy points, thus disproving your theory that he cheats.

Plus you go try and get 22,000 gamerscore in 4 months. Sadly it wont happen. He is so skilled to have beaten games like Gun, PDZ, and PGR3 on the hardest difficulty. Not much people have such skill in a wide variety of games, to me he truely is a legend.

Also if any mods catch this, I think this thread fits perfect in the new 'introductions' section.

Jackel just a question, did you ever superbounce in halo 2? in MM? or maybe just used a small glitch to help you win?

No Trigga, I never superbounced in Halo 2, I don't even know how. BTW, I quit playing that game a long time ago because all the modders and cheaters ruined the game for the honest players. Yes, this month there will finally be some games worth playing for fun, so I too look forward to gettin it on like Donkey Kong in those games. Battlefield will have to wait til April I guess, but Burnout and GRecon will keep us more than busy.

Too bad there isnt a site you can gamble with games, I use to buy new games off the money I got from beating my friends at Tekken. Now everyones like "lets just play for fun".

Ghost Recon is gonna be a great game with dedicated servers, with no lag, where you don't wait 2+ min everytime for a game to start. So no I won't boost, but I will still kick your ass. :wink:

I simply don't have the drive to go for the gamerscore anymore with all the wicked games comin out soon and in the future. I wish I'd never done the couple glitches I did for gamerscore because getting my score up definately wasn't worth the people I really upset by doing it. Plus, I don't feel good about having some of my achievements glitched, as it makes people take more notice of that, and less notice of all the really difficult things I did for real.

I heard somewhere if you recover your account, that you can erase your gamerscore/achievements? I would really like to do this and from then on go for difficult achievements in the games I like so I can share that with my xbox 360 friends and RL friends rather then get messages from people telling me to "get a life" or asking me why I'm no longer in 2nd... If anyone has any info let me know, k?

I've been told a 100 times I have no life. I just tell them this is the life I choose for myself and I do my best not to follow the "sheep" mentality of the rest of society in choosing to do so. I will get Gamerscore however I please and that's just how it is. I wish I had the luxury of having a few friends play some tougher ones for me, but I don't have many friends in my age bracket that play this.

Regardless, more power to you all on the 20k + points. I'll more than likely stop chasing once I find a game that, on this "next gen oh my god must have or die" system that really holds my interest. Our former clan, Cruel Intentions, is dying for GRAW, I'm holding for Burnout and can't wait to create maps again on Far Cry. I'll probably slow down on the chase after those come out.

I don't think you can get the AMped 3 and Tony hawk achievements with cheatcodes. I don't know for sure though, I didn't even know about the cheat codes when I tried. What's your GT? I'll add you to my friends list.

I can't wait for burnout. I'm notorious for deleting stuff and starting from scratch, in all the mmorpg's i've played I always get really high up and do really well, and then get bored and start all over and totally erase my old characters and everything. Not sure why, just a weird habit. I would actually enjoy earning some of the achievements over again lol

And to the one guy(forgot his name)MM stands for Match Making and BXR is a tactic used in Halo 2 where you press B to melee someone, then X to cancel the melee right after it connects, and then R all in rapid succession to get a headshot all in a manner of about 1/4 second. Which to NYTrigga who brought it up hardly belongs in this whole glitching argument. BXR takes skill to pull off effectively in combat and actually helps someone exhibit some personal skill in H2 which if you are any good at, you would know that H2 isn't a very personal skill exhibiting game...It is a far cry from setting up games and letting people kill eachother for ranked points...

When one of us challenges people that make comments like this the answer is usually "I'm busy"... or when we do get you to playus , and we beat you, the excuses are endless... I've been through this MANY times, I assure you.

Show me the glitch to do 99% of the achievements we "high gamerscore people" have... IN fact i'll list the only two glitches I ever used: Q4 for winpoints, DOA for SS, and S rank. Just over 100 points from that... The other 20,000 points in my gamerscore? And don't tell me because I "have no life", I haven't got any gamerscore for the last two weeks as i've only played geo wars like 5 or 6 times whilst studying for a big psych test I have next wednesday.

Some of us "people with high gamerscores" come on websites like this to help others, and go out of our way to help others and be friendly because we enjoy that. For you to come on here and try to tell me you know how "we think we are the best gamers" is just rude and I won't tolerate it again.

Haha, it was Crono. I wouldnt normally jump into this, but Im freaking bored. Anyway, saying that you think people with high gamer scores arent some of the best at games is rather foolish.

The entire idea behind the gamerscore is to represent exactly how good you actually are. EA games may not be representative of that, but many of the achievements are just that, achievements!

Not only are we good, but we're pretty much good at everything we play. Thats why we're on the top. Can I get schooled in Tiger Woods, or Robotron, or Joust? Hells yes, because thats all some people have and do. But I have yet to have a losing streak in DOA (not even in 5 in a row, you can check!), Need For Speed, COD, Marble Blast, and most other games I played for fun once I was done with the achievements.

Im a GREAT player, and Im quite sure these other guys are too, at least at some of the games. These guys can obviously pick up anything and learn it, or play it the way its meant to be played. Theyre not going to be the n00bs that spin you out in PGR3 (well, Crono probably would :twisted:), or dont know what the hell theyre doing in Capture the Flag. THATs why Im looking forward to playing them, I KNOW its going to be good fun and a great challenge. Thats what games are all about.

So if you are upset because you dont get to be in the big boys club, then why bother posting here? Why waste your time? You know what though? I am pretty "disappointed" that the community for this site seems to consist majorly of people who will use ANY tactic available to gain a higher score. I thought it was going to be a community discussion site with tips and stuff, not "Hey let's exchange gamertags and boost/glitch to get higher scores even though we claim it means nothing to us..." Not that it is your fault in any way, but that is where my "rude" comments come from. It's just annoying that there is no facet of any activity in life that human beings don't feel the need to be dishonest in their methods...so annoying...but keep misunderstanding me...really, it's awesome...

Wow this whole post has been a overwhelming conclusion of 35 minutes of my life I will never get back, I should have been playing it would have been more productive. This thing is going to continue to go in circlesl. It started with a congratulations to the king and look where it went. I will admit just like alot of us will. I got a lot of my points legit, but I too got obssed with the high score. Checking on mygamercard.net only made it worse.

If ST The King hadn't had this site in his motto, I would have neverfound out about it. So I have used it to get easy points in the sports games to try to catch up to alot of people ahead of me. I don't like them, but I want the points. I obviously don't have the dedication to play the arcade games to get the points, but the people that do should get some credit, whoever thay may be.

I have learned a lot of good tactics on call of duty to get past hard spots, and ways to get the achievements offline, that I was robbed for on PDZ. So we all take and give a little. Continually bickering about high scores or low scores helps no one. It kind of turned me off of this forum to be honest. So why don't we all act like men and let this post fade away or maybe the monsters can take it off the forum it is proving or solving nothing. We may not all have boosted, or we may have all boosted. But we are all here for a higher gamerscore.

There will always be people who do and those who don't. So just accept it and let it go! I am not trying to disrespect anyone, just offer a 3rd party perspecitve.

I have a 360 but my gamerscore is under 500.

I have 5 360 games and 2 Xbox games. I did not have an Xbox before so the Xbox games were bought because they were to be classic. I got Fable TLC and Halo 2. I enjoy Fable but am not fond of Halo 2.

I got a year of Live when I got internet with bell at my mom's but now they say that because we ordered over the phone and not the internet which we were buying... :roll: ...that we will not get the Live package unless we sing up for 2 years. My trial is out so I'm playing on silver. I played a lot of CoD2 online so do not have much of a gamerscore but I have to start single player soon.

For 360 games, I have NFS: MW; I could probably get some of those points after not much effort until I got to the higher guys. I have PDZ which is mean, CoD2, DoA4 which I got about a week and a ahlf ago but haven't played... o.0, and I have Tony Hawk: AW which is great for points but I prefer playing CoD2.

I have three arcade games which are Hexic HD, Geometry Wars, and Marble Blast Ultra. Hexic I will get after more practice and geometry Wars i have started playing more and more practice wil result in more points. For MBU, I need to get te eggs and finish the advanced levels then I'll get those. As for vetran battler(sp?), I cannot play multiplayer anymore. :(

Wow, intersting thread goin on here, I just wanted to comment about boosting quick. I've done it, yea, i'm guilty..a good number of gamers are. I've done it because there are alot of games that I don't like and wont play that much, so I just meet someone,(on this site usually) and play enough to get the achievements with them.

Edit: I've decided that boosting isn't a huge deal, but trying to keep up with the leaderboards is what has really got me sick of acheivemetns. So personally, im just going to go at my own pace, but still get all the achievements I cant get.

Couldn't stop laughing when I read that part for some reason, this has to be one of the first treads I ever read, I remember when I had about 8k and people thought that was alot then I found out about top360tag.com and saw st theking and crono117, and was shocked, so I got gamefly, i got to like 14k but by that time st the king was like 8-9k ahead of me so I kinda gave up, never even had a chance :oops: , then I remember having Crono117 on my friends list for awhile, I was going to help him get some achievement on Quake4, in some 5000k kill glitch or something, but in the end he never did it and quit the gamerscore.

Hey ST, I want to start off by saying that you rock. 20,250 achievement points is just amazing as off (Feb 15, 2006). You are the most skilled & hard core gamer out there.

I don't know if you remember me or not but I was on your gamer list when the 360 first came out (from playing PDZ or PGR 3 on live).

When your gamer points went blasting off closer & closer to 10,000 I thought to myself that you were a professional Microsoft game tester. After a few weeks you were getting closer and closer to 15,000 pts , and before I knew it you vanished from my friend list.

I then figured out that you were the most hard core gamer out there, and that you were too big to be on my live list...
