Fearless (and other "in one session" achievements

Ok...so I just tried for the Fearless achievement and made it to the 4th area and didn't get it. I think it's been stated before that the "in one session" in the achievement descriptions allow for you to continue and still get the achievements (because I did have to continue). So assuming that is correct, I don't understand what I could have done wrong.

So for those who already have this achievement is there something I'm missing? I stayed on foot as much as possible unless the vehicle spawned right underneath me and I accidently ran over it, in which case I got out asap. Thanks in advance for any help.

One a side note, I also tried for the Pyromaniac achievement and used the flamethrower as much as I could and didn't get the achievement after finishing the 1st zone either (again having to continue).

For the pyromaniac achievement, play zone 1. The trick is to go to the underground area and burn all the infantry down there as well. I believe the achievement detail is actually calling for 50% of infantry in the zone, not just those you encounter.

As far as the Fearless achievement goes, you need to stay out of the vehicle completely. You cannot die, as it will spawn you in your vehicle, thus voiding the achievement. Keep moving so it doesnt spawn under you. And most importantly, memorize the areas you are going to work on.

Johnny - Thanks for the advice. I did not go to the underground area so maybe that was my problem with getting Pyromaniac. As for Fearless, looks like I have my work cut out for me if I can't die at all. Yikes.

I actually died once while doing Fearless. When I respawned I made sure not to shoot and pressed B right away. I still got the achievement.

Ok, so I managed to get Fearless yesterday. I did die a few times but made sure not to move or fire when I respawned in my vehicle. I figured as long as I got out while it was still blinking I would be ok, and I was. It was also tricky dodging my spawning vehicle the whole time. Any ways, thanks for the help.

Still haven't managed to get Pyromaniac or Ice Cold yet though...

On what level did you get your Fearless and Pyromaniac?

You can get fearless, ice cold and promaniac in any zone, but I suggest to do it in the first zone cause it would be much easier

Fearless: 1-3

Ice cold and promaniac: 1-4

Yes, do them all in the Zone 1. I got Pyromaniac and Ice Cold in back to back attempts...just had to focus a little.
