How many ships are there and which 1s because me and a buddy went through and no achievement, And do u have to shoot the big ships and can u use a cheakpoint?:confused:

There are a few ships near the very end that will run into obstacles, you must kill those ships before that happens. Sometimes you will get the achievement even when there are ships still on the screen, just be sure to kill anything that looks like its going to pass you when you beat the "core" and progress through to the second part of the tunnel.

No it doesn't. Save all the nukes for the flying part obviously.
