how do you get out the toilets/restroom? ive tried for like 1hour and its killing me

blast the bk wall with flammable bottle to get out

Use the bandages out of the first aid box on the wall.
Shoot the ceiling grip so the electric cable moves out the way.
Equip the explosive bottle and gun, throw the bottle towards the broken wall from the other side of the room and shoot it do destroy the wall.
