Episode 7 - Seq 4 help

Ok so I've just got down a series of ladders and through the liquid water via using some glowsticks and im in a room with

a dead body to the left
a big thing on the far left wall behind a metal fencing up high which I can't shoot through
there is a switch which rotates 2 big bottles around the thing i need to burn/kill
i've tried sticking bottles to the bottles, i've tried sticking molotovs to the bottles, nothing works

any ideas?

I just lobbed a full explosive bottle over the cage to the root, but i may have gotten lucky.
I think you are supposed to stick a taped Molotov ****tail to the moving containers.

i tried all combinations but i cant burn the root away i tried it 10000 times last 100 times was only throwing glass molotows above the cage and hope to getting lucky like the other guy but all failed...

pls somebody post a solution

you have to stop the tubes so that on is at the front stick a molotov to the bottom of the tube and then start it up again,you have to wait a good 5 or a few more secs before starting it or the bottle explodes after its gone past the root

What items are in the room? It always gives you what you need nearby.
Can you stick things to the canisters successfully?

you can also stop the machine again once your molotov gets to the root if the timing is a problem :)
