Level 8 Seq 1

Please can someone help me, I am stuck on Level 8 Seq 1 at the place you get instructed to go to. It has a glowing shield round it and cant find away into it.

What do I need to do??????????????????????????????????

You have to throw a flammable molotov bottle over the shield.
There is a toppled over bin nearby with loads of bottles and napkins around it.
You might need to burn more roots to lower the shield height - I only went there once I had found them all (100)

I have tried that but the sheild seems too high. I am only on 51/100 so I will shut some more roots down.

I am on the next bit after I have shot the rope on the pole. I can grab it and walk about with the shot piece of rope but dont know what to do.

Sorry stuck again. Im in the room at the bottom where the walls come in. I have moved the statue from one pad to another and it has lit up with fire and small set of stairs behind. Wht do I do next as cant figure it out.

Sorry to hijack this thread but I`m getting really annoyed with 8.1 and I need help.

I have killed 100% of the roots and I`m now at the glowing force field which is low enough to throw a petrol bomb over, but no matter where I throw it it never burns the monster, is there anywhere specific I should stand or aim for?

When I build my bombs I`m using a plastic bottle filled with flammable liquid, a wick and with/without tape.

Any help would really be apprecited, cheers!

Alll you need to do is thro is over the sheild at the root. If the sheild is low enough you can thro it directly at the root.

Can someone please help me with what I posed earlier. Its doing my head in!

Done it. I must`ve thrown 20 molotovs over thet shield, just lobbed one over now, sorted!
