Got it the same day the game came out....took it back for full amount...said my wife got me the wrong game...

I thought it was amazing...it wasn't perfect but hey the idea's they put into the game were great...and if they make another they will be able to fix the problems (and hopefully make it longer..or harder..or both)..

I really think this game was one of the best I've played...I plan on getting it again when its cheaper...would have kept it but there were other games I wanted so was no point...but I did debate it for like 3 hours

Yup 1000 here too, I agree that the game is a bit bad on the control side and the camera angles can be annoying, but on the whole not a bad game, but I can understand why it has been slated in some areas.

How long did it take you guys to obtain all of the achievements? If you don't know/can't remember, just take a guess.

I played the game over a period of six days and got the 1000GS in one play through. Only played a few hours a day with a couple of longer sessions over the weekend, some people will have done it faster than that, not a massively long game...its no Lost Odyssey lol.:D

*Signs* Didn't take too long for the full 1000.Achievements were on the easy side to get.I got the game on Tuesday and finished Friday night with maybe 3-4 hours of gameplay each day.I really liked the game,especially the last 2 episodes.Controls took a while to get used to.

Nice game, not a fantastic game and also not as disgraceful as some reviews put it.
it's a short game with nice concepts, i liked that final episode puzzles..i guess they could used it more along the way..the driving part just made me mad:confused:

i guess a sequel well worked and with some mistakes(camera) corrected it could come out as a nice game.

Signed. This game is very frustrating at times, but it brings some creative things to the table. It's unfortunate they all pretty much crash and burn, with the occasional success. I was looking forward to this game when it was announced, but sadly I can only recommend it for the easy achievements.

I loved some of the idea's the game had, but like others, didn't like the poor execution. The game did change my mind though from my first impression, I thought it was atrocious at first, but after getting into it, I kind of liked it. Not the best game, by all means, but an average game with some above-average ideas and some fun gameplay.

Am I also the only person to find the driving very easy, fun, and enjoyable?

They really should be. I've never had much confidence in Atari, but this quite possibly kills the companies rep, even if they had very, very ****ty rep already. They are pretty much one of the worst game companies around currently.

Just got Handyman Carnby last night to complete the game.
I got lucky and got about 60% through the list when it popped.

Very fun game I would recommend to anyone.

Signed. Relatively easy 1000, albeit frustrating at times. The bugs are the only major downfall of the game imo.
I had to beat the first car chase 4 times before the mapping for central park actually popped up. Every other time I just fell into an abyss where it should have been. Anyways, it only took 2 days and I enjoyed most of the gameplay. I even got "eradication" naturally during chapter 8. It's been a long time since I played a game and didn't have to grind an achievement. The game was not scary at all though. The creepiest parts were getting the roots...very cool design on those. Otherwise this is much more of a sci-fi thriller than a survival horror. Again, if you want truly scary play Silent Hill.

Good game, definitely better than many of the "professional" reviews. The game does have some bugs that SHOULD have been worked out, but it's not nearly as bad as it's been made out to be.

I did think getting all the achievements was kind of easy though.

i left handyman carnby for last. cuz in my head i thought that i had missed a lot of the combinations. so i was using the guide, and the first thing i did was combine ammo with explosive bottle and it unlocked! not a bad game.

1K- signed. This by far was one of thee worst games i have played. I thought the controls sucked big time not to mention the horrible driving. I wouldn't recommend this game to my worst enemy. Im glad its over!! It took me like 4 sessions to finally get this game done. I highly recommend using a guide from gamefaq.com cause I did not until mission 7 and it was needed imo.
