Can anyone help me out here please? Im stuck at the beginning where the woman shouts to you from the train? I dont have the ammo to fight off all the humanz and cant seem to escape without fighting them. Any suggestions?

I was stuck on this for a while then i tried running straight through, if you go up the little ramp to the right and avoid the humanz follow the platform along and theres a door, go through it and theres another door with helth and ammo and stuff then just keep making fire bulets and shoot them all from the room.
