Stuck on 8.2

I'm in a room with a stream of light and a cube which I can move to reveal the exit upstairs but I have no idea how to get uo there. Any help is appreciated

In the end I just stood on the platform and threw a bottle and shot it, the explosion knocks the box away from the light and the platform rises to the door...

Well if that is the case how do you complete it with out any bottles?

move the box to the top right where the wall moves out on the very bottom and run to the platform that raises. the part that moves out of the wall is the last part of the wall that moves out, so you will have time to run to the platform. it will move the box out of the way and the platform will rise.
