be sure to finish the gamebefore you go back to get any missed achievements, if you go back, you will reset the whole episode andhave to play through the sequences again so you can get A Day in Central Park, extremely annoying i know, i hope i got to you before you made the same stupid mistake i did

I would just check through each episode and those still in grey need to be done.

Think thats the trick to the problem anyways.

I had to replay Episode 2 cause my car got stuck in a wall and I couldn't die, so I loaded the last save and that was in the beginning of Chapter 2. SAVE OFTEN!

You can't manually save, can you? I thought you needed to get to the in-game checkpoint which never is indicated. I wish you could manually save, I had 26 of the 27 roots when my Xbox froze. I have to start completely over now.

yes you can save manually, im pretty sure its in the start menu, but yeah save often, especilly when your going for roots, those things are so annoying

wait hold to just be certain if you go through each chapter and each sequence &just load a new checkpoint when you already got all achievements for the lvls just for locating/ finding all hidden rootz, all your progress is gone? Hold on that doesn't make sense, having memory problems just trying to figure this out as a flashback of my own when beginning my campaign iloaded the checkpoint so i could combine a flare, more too but most especially when spraying with lighter to the fissure i loaded and said: Previously on ((Alone-in-the-dark)) you know &brought me back the the first section when your vision is blurry when you're blinking but you guys obviously didn't self explanatory yourselfs comments because i'm wondering what the hell i should do now. . keep filling my possible inventory content/ combinations & worrying about not beating entire campaign or jus go through now and successfully read descriptions and get every single ach. l8rr, soo i need someone to reply please, i'm tired and also trying to concentrate on all this nonsense, obv. the developers or whatever didn't properly create game, it's kinda pathetic, also not to be irrelevant but B-Company too, anyways hopefully someone updates this soon, thankss.

Guys you never answered mine or Rolandicus's question, if you revisit lvls do you have to play the entire storyline or just those all those sequences till iget done, cause igot to the part when you blow up that huge mushroom on part 4 &then you say its your natural habitat of what came to mind, lol or something? and he has the feminant voice saying jus drop it with the hang gesture flapping, sounds like a kid in my school impersenation, anyway then igot to the slow motion ledge you jump and fell off the cliff cause ihit a tree that appeared, iguess? then brought me back all the way back to begining of lvl so save is manually for yourself the game doesn't automatically save? im now at part 5 when you revive Sarah then have sex with her, haha do ihave to play whole game over or just keep playing game and worry about that l8rr or when i'm done then play 1-4 since i went back, somebody please reply i'm trying to beat the game but it's so frustrating, ahhh! OMFG!

I finished the game having went back to episodes 1 & 2 while in the middle of ep. 4 and the achievement unlocked without having to replay either of those again.After my only playthrough I had all but two achievements for 955 gs and only had to load specific episodes for the remaining two(the alt. ending & 59th St.).I would suggest finishing the game and just see what happens because the xtra effort may not be needed.And save manually often because your inventory and any roots will be saved even if you reload a save and start from the beginning of the episode or seq.

Alright thx man ilove you, tomorrow well actually today when i wake up i'm going to get some sour patch kids, red bull & monster energy drinks and sit down and get 1,000 achievements in ((Alone-in-the-dark)) so hopefully i get a day in central park too, well goodnight every1 ineed to go 2sleep my eyes are bloodshot and i'm drifting off so and anyways i tell my conscense not to give up, so i'll finally do it tomorrow, get a walkthrough/ guides on youtube to help me get by lvls with stradegies so i just gotta be patient and i'll beat campaign, well cyal8rr. .
