i think the first stage is the easiest one

I got it on the fifth, the boss is really simple. Two grenades and he is gone.

I agree with blacksap - the first stage is a breeze with the power claw and the grenades. Just toss the enemies into the electric barriers to get by them in the cave.

I find the 5th stage to be the easiest.

Its extremely simple to avoid enemies on the way up, and then all you need is two grenades for the boss.

I did it on Area 01 with grenades, the power claw and iron boots. Got a no damage bonus afterwards also.

Area 05. Since in the construction site part its easy to avoid enemies (while not so easy on other areas). The boss can be defeated with two grenades.
