Weapon upgrade locations ?

okay I have all the upgrades except for bazooka and grenades if there is an upgrade for grenades can anybody help me out on this thanks

yeah okay nevermind I found it in area 2 the grenades upgrade that is above the boss door

The Bazooka upgrade is in the last area before you fight the final boss. Can't miss it even if you tried.

I can see that door but cant get there.

Also, how do you get the secret doors to open?

Throw a grenade streight down from the area that is above the door that is above the boss door. You will hear a noise confirming your sucess, after which drop down to where the boss door is then grapple up through the now exposed ceiling to reach the grenade upgrade door.

Plasma Rifle upgrade is in the 2nd part of Area 06. Go all the way to the right of the part with rolling barrels, you have to drop of the edge. There's a small platform with a door at water level. Walk off the platform and grapple a few inches from the edge of where you just walked off from. Too close to the edge when you drop straight down and you'll miss the platform you need to get to and die in the water.

The door to the Shotgun upgrade is in the first room of Area 08. Near the first set of enemies you face, one of em' is a bomb guy. All the way to the right of where the bomb dude and above from there. Requires a few tricky grapples but not difficult to reach at all.

what level is the vector cannon upgrade and machine gun if there is one?

OK, I found the vector cannon upgrade in level 10, I'm guessing the machine gun must be in 11 or 12.

That is Joe's Machinegun upgrade.


The Vector cannon upgrade is on level 10.

Get to the part where there is a life floating on the right on a small platform, keep going left clear the spikes and pull yourself up. Shoot your claw at the metal girder in the middle that is pointing down, shoot from the right side, pull yourself up, use the shotgun to give yourself some swing if you lose momentum and swing out then grab onto the small platform above, then the roof then to the right, shoot the blue boxes with the vector cannon and in you go.
