The ? you are missing is most likely the dossiar. Both the dossiar and the helmet can be found in the two secret tunnels.

One tunnel is between Area 15 and Area 18. this tunnel contains the helmet. The other tunnel is between Area 14 and Area 17, it has the dossiar.
