Question about puzzle mode

OK for the achievment on beating 80 levels in puzzle mode, I dont understand what is actually considered a level, is it every layout you beat or is it of time u go around the circle? Somone please explain to me what is considered a levle.

I think it when the bar at the bottom of the screen fills up (from left to right).
