Yes stability is important, you do NOT want to use the cheap desk chair which is only rated to hold up to 200 lbs which is likely less than the combined weight of you and your partner. Failure to respect the rule can result in breakage of said chair, and you falling on your ass (which hurts more than you think).

which is why i normally go for the couch/love seat. chairs can be a hassle sometimes when you're busy...

there is also of course, the trampoline. cant forget about that one...
