Question Wireless Bridge

I've had my 360 connected to my wireless network for months now, but it just disconnected last night and wouldn't reconnect.
I took the bridge out and connected it again but all it did was flash a red light once then nothing, any ideas whats happened or how to fix it?

Hmmmm.

Well you need it to stay in color red, because that means it is plugged in properly.

Honestly M$ ****ed up on the wireless bridges, very flimsy. Like you when I take mine off, and put it on, I need to reconnect it multiple times before it stays on red.

Here's what I would do.

1 Take off the bridge from your 360.

2. Start up your 360 (With a game in)

3. Plug the USB cord in , wait 4 seconds, and pull it out, and plug it in again. (Don't clip it on the back of the 360, jsut hold it in your hand.)

4. Wait until you get a red light.

5. Go to your Dashboard > System > Network Setting > Edit Settings
and under basic settings click on the last box, and make sure that is your network.

Also try this, works for me when mine goes off,

Turn Off 360

unplug wireless adapter

turn on 360

plug wireless adapter in a different USB

restore factory defaults

search for wireless network & enter wep Key or what ever security you have even if it fails on something

unplug wireless adapter put it back round the back turn 360 off and back on

this 99% of the time gets me back connected.

hope it helps
