It's definitely a rental. My friend did the 1,000 in about 7 hours, and he did almost everything he could. He then walked me through the 1,000, and it took me only 3.5 hours!

Seems like a pretty easy 1K to get, even though I would be playing it because Lost is one of my favorite TV shows. I heard the gameplay wasn't amazing but I guess that it will be fun enough to play and get 1K in.

As stated above, this is an easy 1k with a rental. I personally don't see the point of buying the game at all. It has practically no replay value, is fairly short, and isn't really a good game. Being a fan of the show I bought it, but I now know that that wasn't the smartest decision.

Definately a rentable 1000. I rented it at 1.30pm, played it until my daughter woke up from her nap at about 3pm, then played it from 10:15pm until 1am and I was 1000 points better off. Use the guide on here for secret achievements and video walkthroughs are available on youtube if you get really desperate (using youtube for the Dharma Van achievement was essential for me lol)

I don't even watch Lost (OK, I saw the first episode only) but still enjoyed the game.
