This is the full list of all 73 collectibles. The collectibles you pick up correspond to phone numbers, and this is that list. When you enter these into a phone, it automatically unlocks the collectible. You do not have to physically pick up any of the collectibles, you can just enter these numbers to unlock them all. If you get one that rings busy, it just means that you've already called that number (or gotten the collectible), so don't worry about it.

For the Completionist achievement you will, however, need to physically pick up all of the letters in WWI in order to unlock it, there are no numbers for those since they're dropped into a mailbox. I've grouped them in sets of 5, so if you forget your place you can easily backtrack without getting lost.
