These numbers correspond to the hidden phone numbers around the game. You can find them on posters, walls, everywhere. As you enter more and more numbers, the Keeper of Secrets will taunt you with his secret. Once you enter 19 of these numbers, you will get the Keeper of Secrets achievement, he will tell you the secret, and all of these numbers will now ring busy.
